I've been vegan for a while but was struggling to find meals that were both quick to make but also didn't focus around fake meats and cheeses etc. This course is absolutely perfect for that, really straightforward and easy to follow and I know that what I'm eating is still healthy and cruelty-free. First time cooking with Tofu which I was a little unsure of, but Brett gave some great tips and it turned out really good!
